I recently stayed at 21 Frederick Street for an overnight visit to Birmingham. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and attractions like Brindley Place. The host, Sanjay, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a generous discount at the adjoining restaurant. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. The clean bathroom was definitely a positive aspect that stood out during my stay. the owner of the apartment was very attentive and helpful, providing assistance and offering delicious meals in the restaurant downstairs.
There were a few negative aspects to my experience. there was construction work taking place during the nights, causing a lot of noise and making it difficult to sleep.

The WiFi was basically nonexistent but hey, who needs internet anyway? The continental breakfast consisted of a moldy croissant and orange juice that tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Oh, and the restaurant? Yeah, I never actually saw it.
I absolutely loved staying in a prime location in the center of nowhere.

Conveniently located in the Jewellery Quarter with free on-street parking nearby. Well-appointed room with nice furniture, equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and electric hob. Breakfast included fresh pastries, cereal, milk, and fruit. Noise levels were surprisingly tolerable, despite initial concerns about the area.
